Mod Contact—

So who's running this crazy place? For those not familiar with me, I'm Laena, the creator and former head mod of![[community profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/community.png)
somarium and empatheias. If you are familiar with either of those games, especially Emp, then you might find the style and atmosphere very similar, but even more laidback. I'll be in charge of everything, but I have two helper mods with me! (Thank God.)
Fae and Taisa will be assisting me in some of the more tedious upkeep as well as helping with content creation and prompt writing. But they’re only helper mods, so please only contact them if you have questions about current events or something simple about the game. All other "big mod problems" should go to me.

§ how to contact.
Have something you wish to address the mod team in a more confidential manner? Then here are the ways how in order of preference:
Do not PM any of the mods or helper mods individually unless it's for a really, really simple and easy question. It's not that we don't want to talk with you, it's just much easier to handle big problems when it's on "mod" time rather than our personal time. Plus if it's a big issue, using official means keeps it all in one place and is much easier instead of us trying to relay messages.
(Of course if you know us on a more personal level then of course it's fine to come to us directly. We'll just shove you over here if we think it would be better.)

If you don't receive an answer or acknowledgment of receipt after three days, you're free to poke us to make sure it wasn't lost. (Full disclosure, just like customer support tickets, constant prodding will not make things happen faster.)

- PM this journal: Best for quick inquiries and non-conflict problems that don't fit being asked on the Game Info. Missing tags, list mistakes, typos, etc.
- Comment to this entry: For meatier inquiries and concerns about the game or players. Just fill out the form, everything is screened, and we can either discuss on this page through screened comments or organize a more "one-on-one" dialogue if necessary.
