Commission Board—
§ about the commission board.
The Commission Board is our version of the quest board. Characters can sign up and do any number of quests and earn points along with given rewards. Although there is a central headquarters where quests are submitted, characters can access the board via journal and accept from there. The journal will know and register the quest upon completion to have the rewards delivered to the character.
The Commission Board will be posted at the beginning of every Break as a log in
realmofstories (tag: -board) to help facilitate threading. Players can make their own posts regarding the quests, but it is encouraged to use the log.
Quests are valued between 1 and 2 points. Easier, general quests are worth 1 point while more difficult quests are worth 2. Characters can do the quests as many times, or "repeat," as they want, but the 2-point quests will only be rewarded up to three times. That means if a character does the same 2-point quest four times, they will only get 6 points, not 8. The extra reward will be the friendship they made along the way instead. There is no limit for 1-point quests. If a character does the same 1-point quest four times, then they will get the full 4 points.
To receive the points OOCly, players must thread out the quest and comment to this post with the following form. The thread does not have to be finished, just need enough to prove there is some progress and not just 1-2 comments. We do allow one handwave for one 1-point quest.
To trade in points, use the Catalogue.
If you have a suggestion for a quest, whether it's a general one or one specifically involving or even given out by your character, fill out the form here.
Fill out the form and comment to this entry to officially earn points.
If you have any questions, comment here.
(You can view your character's point balance here, which is maintained by the mods.)

Luca wants to confiscate some of the lightning rod hats from 0908 for use in his own creations. Is this allowed, and if so how many is he allowed to have?

on the form to earn points, it may be a good idea to put "THREAD" or something similar after the "THREADURL" bit + close the html. otherwise, it turns the notes part into the link! so basically,
